Ignitho Technologies to expand activities in frugal innovation space

Ignitho Technologies, a UK-based digital technology solutions company with its India development centre in Infopark Kochi, has lined up plans to leverage its base in Kochi to create a unique platform to expand its activities in the frugal innovation space. This is in addition to scaling up its Kochi team exponentially on the back of major client wins in the UK and US, as well as building capabilities here in emerging technologies

Frugal innovation from India is starting to make a difference to western enterprises and Ignitho is already one of the early movers in this space. “We are already integrating B2B tech product startups from India into our solutions for enterprises in the UK and US markets. On the back of our success with this, Ignitho is gaining strong interest from leading Indian startup ecosystems and we plan to sharply increase our collaboration with B2B tech product startups having innovative new ideas,” said Jijo Olassa, CEO, Ignitho Technologies.

In this regard, Ignitho is looking to expand the team at its Kochi base in the short term. “ With an amazing talent pool available to us here, we aim to expand our team in Kochi to fuel our growth plans and accelerate success for such startups, our customers and ourselves. To make this happen, we are in talks with SmartCity, Infopark for an additional 100-seat office space and hire a sizeable number of new employees in Kochi in the short term,” Jijo Olassa added.
