Job Description

Ignitho Technologies is looking for a Business Development Lead to develop and drive new business for the US region. The person will work closely with leadership team and the lead generation team in developing and expanding our customer base in the US market and to generate new business from our target regions. The person will be based in Kochi for the initial 2 years with occasional travel to the US. On demonstrating success / achieving targets during this period, the person will relocate to the US.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the leadership team and the lead generation team in coming up with a sales plan for the US market with a focus on closing the first deal within the first 60 days
  • End to end responsibility of the sales process from identifying, qualifying, solution presentation and closing
  • Independently manage DB build, prospecting /cold-calling, meeting setup and close deals with support of the leadership team
  • Attain the revenue goal for assigned regions in the US market
Required Skills
  • In-depth sales & business development experience of having sold annuity IT services deals in the US market
  • A track record of having overachieved sales targets on a regular basis
  • Good communication and enterprise IT knowledge are a must
  • Ideal candidate is an MBA holder with a degree in Engineering
  • 3 – 5 years in a Business Development role with Tier 2/3 IT services company and a track record of having closed deals in the US market working from a remote location
  • Exposure to the US market including business travel to the US
