Ignitho Technologies is looking for Inside Sales Executives to drive new business in the US market. The role involves generating qualified leads through direct contact over email, LinkedIn, and phone with existing and prospective customers. This is a target driven role reporting to the Lead - Marketing and doesn’t involve field work or travel, and will be based at our office in Infopark, Kochi.
End to end responsibility of outbound lead generation from identifying, qualifying and solution presentation
Independently manage DB build and prospecting through a structured process of contact over email, LinkedIn, phone and so on
Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications
Route qualified leads to sales team by initiating appointments
Meet or exceed the assigned quantitative and qualitative targets for each period.
Regular reporting against targets using company-standard tools
Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest
Prior experience in similar role for an IT services company and exposure to the US market would be a strong advantage
1 to 3 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in generating qualified leads
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines and scale up quickly
Strong understanding of sales cycle
Strong secondary/internet research skills
Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments
Strong oral and written English communication skills is a must
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional IT qualifications preferred
